By visiting the website at laredoasphaltpaving.com or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or request our services.
Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving and pavement-related services including, but not limited to, asphalt sealcoating, parking lot striping, asphalt paving, driveway paving, asphalt repair, crack sealing, resurfacing, pothole repair, grading and excavation, concrete curbing and sidewalks, asphalt milling, drainage solutions, and speed bump installation. Services are provided to residential and commercial customers in Laredo, TX and surrounding areas.
All estimates provided by Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving are based on the information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are not binding quotes unless explicitly confirmed in a written work order or contract signed by both parties.
Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ from what was observed during the estimate, or if material costs change between the time of estimate and the scheduled work date. We will notify you of any pricing change before work begins.
Estimates provided verbally or via email are subject to revision upon a formal site visit. We recommend requesting a written estimate for all projects before authorizing work.
We make every reasonable effort to complete work on the scheduled date. However, scheduling may be affected by weather conditions, equipment availability, material supply, or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if a scheduled job needs to be rescheduled and will work with you to find an alternative date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a job, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled date whenever possible. Cancellations made after work has begun or after materials have been specially ordered may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover those costs.
Certain asphalt services cannot be performed in rain or on wet surfaces. If weather conditions require us to postpone your job, we will reschedule at no additional charge to you.
Payment terms are specified in the written work order or invoice for each project. In the absence of other written terms, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing before the job begins.
For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work starts. The deposit amount and terms will be stated in the written agreement. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel after materials have been ordered or work has begun.
Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a late fee. Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving reserves the right to suspend future services for accounts with outstanding unpaid balances.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible, clear of vehicles, personal property, and obstructions on the scheduled work date. Failure to provide clear access may result in rescheduling and, depending on circumstances, a trip or mobilization fee.
For asphalt and sealcoating work, you must keep the treated surface free of vehicle and foot traffic for the period specified by our crew at the time of job completion. Damage to freshly applied surfaces caused by premature use is not covered under any warranty or guarantee.
Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving will perform all work in a professional and workmanlike manner using appropriate materials for the conditions. We stand behind the quality of our work and will address defects that arise from errors in workmanship reported within a reasonable time after project completion.
However, we cannot warrant against conditions outside our control, including but not limited to: acts of nature (flooding, severe storms, extreme temperature events), ground movement or settlement caused by soil conditions, damage caused by third parties, normal wear from use and exposure to the elements, or pavement failure resulting from underlying structural issues that were not disclosed or visible at the time of the estimate.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meridian Laredo Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services we provide or the use of this website.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability, including contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.
If you have a dispute or concern with our services or billing, please contact us first at sales@laredoasphaltpaving.com so we have an opportunity to resolve it directly. We take customer concerns seriously and will make a good-faith effort to reach a fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise ordered.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these terms shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Texas, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
